1. What this service is
nazdeek.me is a noticeboard. People post things and places they want to rent out, and other people find them and get in touch directly. We are an intermediary: we do not own, inspect, handle, insure, or deliver anything listed here, and we are not a party to any rental agreement you enter into.
2. We do not verify anyone
We do not check identity, ownership, legal title, condition, or whether a listing is genuine. A badge saying “phone confirmed” means only that someone received a code on that number. Any dealing you have with another user is at your own risk. Please read the safety guide before you meet anyone.
3. Money
The service is free. We take no commission and charge no listing fee. We never hold, process, or escrow your money — rent and deposits pass directly between you and the other person. Because we never hold it, we cannot refund it or reverse a payment.
4. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, give accurate information, and use a phone number and email you actually control. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. What you may not post
Anything you do not own or have the right to rent out; weapons, drugs, or anything illegal to rent under Indian law; listings with fake photos, fake addresses, or prices you do not intend to honour; other people’s personal information; discriminatory conditions that Indian law prohibits; and anything intended to defraud. We remove listings and suspend accounts for any of these, without notice where the risk to others is immediate.
6. Contact details
Contact details are shown to signed-in users who ask for them, and each disclosure is recorded. Collecting them in bulk, scraping the site, or using them for marketing is prohibited and will get your account terminated. Doing so may also breach Indian data protection law.
7. Moderation
We review new listings before they appear and act on reports. We may remove any listing or suspend any account at our discretion. We will tell you why where we reasonably can.
8. Our liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from dealings between users — including items not returned, damaged or misrepresented, properties that do not exist or do not match their listing, money paid to another user, or anything that happens when you meet someone. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Grievance officer
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer:

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
