Most of what you need occasionally is sitting unused a few streets away — a DSLR, a drill, a projector, a spare room. nazdeek.me puts those on a map so you can find the ones near you and contact whoever owns them. That is the whole idea.
How it works
- 1. Search for what you need. Results appear on a map around you.
- 2. Open a listing and reveal the owner’s phone, WhatsApp or email.
- 3. Arrange it between yourselves. We are not involved and take no cut.
It is free, and here is why that is credible
Free to list, free to browse, free to contact. There is no commission because there is no payment system — we never touch your money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. Running costs are a server and a database, and the plan is to cover them with a small number of ads rather than by charging either side of a rental.
We verify nobody. Yet.
We do not check IDs, ownership, or whether anything is as described. A confirmed phone number proves someone controls that number and nothing more. Identity checks and a way to recommend renters are on the list; they are not built. Until they are, treat everyone here as a stranger from the internet, because that is what they are.

Who builds this
One person, in Bengaluru. That is worth knowing for two reasons: a reply may take a few days, and when you send something it is read by the person who can actually change it rather than by a support queue.
This is being worked on — tell us what is missing
The site changes most weeks, and a lot of what gets built next comes from messages like the one you are about to write. If something is broken, if a whole category is missing, if the flow makes no sense — that is genuinely the most useful thing you can send.
No account needed. It goes to one person and that person reads all of them.
